Procedure Overview

Before any procedure at NEO Health Clinic, you will consult with one of our practitioners to create a plan based on your requirements.    

On the day of the procedure, after we clean your face with an antiseptic solution, the filler will be injected into the desired area to be treated.   

Typically, the treatment can be performed quickly, but it’s good to note that depending on the desired outcome, multiple injections may be needed in different areas. For example, if it is to contour the chin, we might have to use multiple injections to make sure the area of the chin is distributed well and even.    

At NEO Health Clinic, we advise you to avoid using makeup and other skin creams for at least 24 hours before returning to your usual skincare routine the next day. 

How long do dermal fillers last? 

Cosmetic fillers are semi-permanent, which means they only last a certain amount of time. They should be maintained to sustain the results. The effect of a dermal filler procedure lasts between 12 to 18 months. Remember that this can vary between each individual and the type of filler used. 

What are the risks of dermal fillers?
