Neck and Décolletage Treatment
To combat the signs of ageing of the neck and décolletage, it is important to treat the deep dermal layers of the skin as well as uppermost superficial layers. A holistic approach encompassing surface rejuvenation through a décolletage treatment, to provide even skin tone and texture, and hydrating dermal fillers to plump out neck wrinkles and restore lost volume will provide the most beneficial results. Based on your skin health, lifestyle and expectations, our skincare experts can analyse the condition of your skin and provide a bespoke rejuvenating treatment plan.
Anti Neck Wrinkle Treatment – Dermal Fillers
Soft hydrating dermal fillers like Juvederm or Restylane are often the first line of treatment to rejuvenate and revitalise the neck and décolletage. Specifically designed for remodelling ageing, sagging skin, they work to replace lost moisture whilst also plumping out fine lines and wrinkles.
Micro-injections with Profhilo or PRP are great ways to boost and hydrate ageing skin. A bespoke hyaluronic acid-based cocktail of vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants and other boosting agents will be tailored-made to hydrate the skin at depths that topical creams and moisturisers simply can’t reach.
Photo-Rejuvenation / Skin Resurfacing Treatments
With our state-of-the-art laser technology such as the fractional CO2 Laser, and photo light therapies such as IPL, we can stimulate rapid repair and remodelling of the deep tissue structures of the skin. The ability to customise the settings of each device make them ideally suited for treatment of delicate areas such as the décolletage.
By creating micro-wounds via dermarolling or using the hand-held Dermapen, the superficial layers of the skin are stimulated to regenerate and heal increasing collagen and elastin remodelling. With each healing cycle, the skin is thickened, elasticity is restored and an overall smoother texture and tone of the décolletage is achieved. The micro-wounds created also provide excellent micro-channels allowing maximum absorption of PRP and other serums when used as combination treatments.
Advanced exfoliation of the décolletage via a chemical peel is a great way to even out skin tone and texture and provide dull skin with a radiating glow. Hyperpigmentation, melasma, age spots and other signs of sun-damage can also be effectively reduced. The varying degree of intensity chemical peels offer make them suitable for both regular treatments, as part of a routine skincare regime, as well as for single, one-time skin rejuvenation treatments.
Micro Fat Grafting
In advanced fat-grafting procedures, micro-particles of fat can be taken directly from a patient and transplanted to the superficial layers of skin of the décolletage. This can provide a subtle boost in volume, smooth line and wrinkles and plump out sagging, thin skin. The high stem-cell content of the fat transferred also provides a nutritious, regenerating boost to increase blood flow and oxygen levels of the skin. This increases the availability of nutrients and growth factors such as elastin and collagen.
